Add Operational Role
Objective
Add operational roles in order to allocate profiles to specific sets of users in On Key.
How to add an operational role
- From the On Key main menu, click User Access Management > Operational Roles. The Operational Role dashboard opens.
- Click
in the toolbar. The Create Operational Role screen opens. - Populate the required fields in the Header section.
- Add information in the Notes section, if applicable.
- Save the record.
As a result
Profiles can be linked to the operational role.
Keep in mind
An operational role may not be deleted if it is linked to a user.
