Add Security Roles

Objective

Define specific roles associated with a group of users that perform the same functions in the organisation.

Before you start

Determine what security roles are required.

How to add a security role

  1. From the On Key main menu, click User Access Management > Security Roles. The Security Role dashboard opens.
  2. Click in the toolbar. The Create Security Role screen opens.
  3. Populate the required fields in the Header section.
  4. Add information in the Notes section, if applicable.
  5. Save the record.

As a result

Permissions can be linked to the security role.
