Add Security Roles
Objective
Define specific roles associated with a group of users that perform the same functions in the organisation.
Before you start
Determine what security roles are required.
How to add a security role
- From the On Key main menu, click User Access Management > Security Roles. The Security Role dashboard opens.
- Click
in the toolbar. The Create Security Role screen opens. - Populate the required fields in the Header section.
- Add information in the Notes section, if applicable.
- Save the record.
As a result
Permissions can be linked to the security role.
